Very well written article! I feel hypocritical because of my blog vote for shorter articles, but I would have loved to hear a rant on this one. Either an update rant or a great follow up article on the 22nd is expected :-)

1. 3 - 5 times a week.
2. Mostly through Facebook, but occasionally directly to the site (it's bookmarked).
3. Tech and Science though with the elections coming up, I look forward to your analysis of the statements, rhetoric and hype.
4. Pretty good balance as it is.
5. I do like the grab-bag approach.
6. Mostly opinion/analysis.
6a. I like it best when you remain reasonable I think, but your rants are usually very entertaining.
7. Shorter, more frequent posts.
8. Like the layout and it's very easy to navigate. A list of articles that could be used to select a specific article would be helpful. Currently I have to go through them one by one to find the one I'm looking for.
9. I think I've shared 3 articles with friends so far. Since many of them either do not have a computer or don't know how to use the one they have, I print articles out, copy them and pass them around. I'd probably share more if I had more techie friends!
10. "How a Bogeyman Dies" because it touched me so deeply. "We Give Less When We Think Others are Stingy" because it's such a great lesson in human behavior. "Running A/C Creating Electricity" because it would be such a cool thing for all of us to have if we actually could (pun unintended).

1. Weekly
2. Facebook all the way.
3. I prefer politcal topics to most of your science stuff. Then again if you were to write more about dinosaurs.....
4. See #3
5. Grab bag is fun, but wouldn't focusing on fewer topics be more professional?
6. I would apreciate your analysis based upon solid facts, like what you do now. NO BULLSHIT PLZ KTHXBAI.
6a. Maybe it's time to leave the rants behind. Ranting is for people like Glenn Beck (even though we all love Glenn Beck.)
7. Shorter and sweeter. Not going to lie, a couple of your posts got TL;DR'd by me.
8. Layout is excellent. Maybe a splash of color? (I get that it's Shades of Grey, but that makes for a bland visual)
9. Pretty much never. Sorry, I prefer quiet thought to heated Brose-style debates. I'd tell my friends, but they're morons. All of them.
10. None. Too many buttinz to poosh.

1. Daily
2. Usually from Facebook
3. Don't have a favorite - ok I lied, sci/tech, and world events, and political stuff, and..I value everything you write about.
4. Can't think of anything right now
5. Love the current grab bag approach
6. Opinion/analysis based on facts!
6a. Mostly reasonable, though your rants can be quite entertaining
7. I like the shorter posts, but with the elections coming up I have been looking forward to your more in-depth analysis.
8. I really like seeing who has posted to what articles. Navigation is easy.
9. Usually share once or twice a week through Facebook.
10. All that have had donation info for disasters cause I know they're safe, immigration, same-sex marriage and a few others because of the controversy and I want people to think about it, and sci/tech cause it's really cool stuff.

1. 2-3 times a week.

2. Through FB, when I see a blog that interests me I click through to check it out.

3. New Science, Politics that involve science.

4. Keep it up with the original opinions on your topics. Less Nasa-type posts where you are just reporting facts / events.

5. Grab-bag. I like random stuff that is not all over main stream media or just one topic.

6. OPINIONS/ANALYSIS! I like the true Journalist approach and unfortunately it is a dying art.

6a. Keep it reasonable, keeps your blogs more focused. But if it's something you are passionate about rant! It's your blog, don't feel like you have to limit yourself.

7. Shorter and more often. Generation of short attention spans..... :-)

8. Navigation is fine, usually pull articles of interest from FB. Only criticism is that the design is Grey, no pun intended. Adding some flash, color and excitement to the layout will grab new viewers better.

9. I've shared 2 so far via Facebook.. and plan on sharing more! Health Care and Science so far because my friends would be most interested in it.

WOW! :( .....How heavy was that?I am an American, Bin Laden was 5 months older than I to the day. I was 43 when the towers fell. What a sad day in America. Many of our fellow americans lost their lives & uncountless firemen, policemen & others at the towers to the Pentagon to flight 93, I must say I agree with you, at this point Bin Laden deserved to die. I also am very sorry because I too, did not realize the intensity this had on our next generation (my oldest is your age)& I apologize. I apologize for overlooking your hurt, your anger and most of all, your sense of security and your fear. I hope that, if my daughter's feel the same way, the way you feel, what I just read, while the tears are streaming down my face, that they will come to me, because even though now you can & will enjoy the silence, the "hate" in OUR hearts will only destroy us. I grew up being physically, sexually, mentally & verbally from the time I was 2 untill this stepfather, at me being age 11, finally raped me. He took my innocense. I hated this man for many, many years, even though he did go to prison for finally getting caught,& he is dead now, but I hated this man with such a passion that I actually set out to break every mans heart that I could, literally hating this man. Even with him being my two little brother's & little sisters biological father. My mom sent
my youngest brother to live with me in Seattle,Wa. when he was about 15 yrs. old, he came to me one day & told me "sissy, I know you hate my dad but I just found out that he is dying, I need you but will understand if you can't help me with my loss" & I couldn't. I never felt so bad in my entire life when I had to tell my baby brother whom I loved more than anything, that,"I can't be there, I hated him." but I was so close to him, that I felt his hurt, I felt his suffering, I felt his loss, & upon this day, I decided to ask myself just
how much of this hate bottled up inside me has wasted my time, my life, the lives of others, just how much did I want to hate the man who
raised me but literally by the hair of my head. (he never touched his own kids, my two little brother's & one sister) Well, I couldn't do it
anymore, I couldn't hate the man who hurt me, my mom, & my two older half brothers. He had beat, sexually abused all 3 of them as well for 12 years of my life, but I couldn't do it anymore, with loving my little brother & sister like I do, I couldn't hate this man, I had to be able to be there for my baby brother, whom was just an innocense in this as the rest of us, I opened up my heart to my little brother in or
der for him to be strong, to get through the death of his daddy. For opening up my heart, I still despised the man but my heart had decided to forgive myself for hating him, thus I forgave what he had done, not forgot but forgave, with this, I was able to go on & be there for my
brother,in time.I grew up o.k. I rebelled when my mom wanted to remarry at age 13 yrs. so I was sent to a girls home untill I was 18 yrs. old, with being there that long, I recieved 3 & a half yrs. intense counselfing on the "why" of my rebellion, I just got rid of one stepdaddy, I wasn't ready to got through another 10 yrs of abuse but I left the home, counseled. Able to deal with my past. I was able to leave my state, my town, & leave behind the horrors of my childhood. I had a chance to change, get rid of the hate, to be there for my little brother when he would need me,probably the very most ever in his little life, and I was.I had the change of heart as I am only 5 yrs older than the baby brother who needed me so I carried this intense hate with me from the timeI was 2 untill I was 21 yrs of age. What I'm trying to say is, although while you can, will & rightfully own the right to hear nothing but the silence, don't let the sound of your own hate, rage and anger drive you crazy, because it can & it will. Bin Lden is gone, good riddance to a man who was public enemy # one, whom everybody hated & feared but do we rejoice in his death, I will but dignity, I don't have to make a scene to say I agree with celebrating his death, I can do it, inside myself, peacefully, greatfully, and now fully. I, too will go enjoy the silence. thank you for such a remarkable story, you should be commended for your excellent writing skills. Good luck to you & yours. Pray, pray that his death is not now a death curse on America.
